Should you need to make a return we will send instructions on how and where to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need order number or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at your earliest convenience and within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
